Rings By Pristine Lifetime Warranty Coverage
At Rings By Pristine, we stand by the quality of our rings. We want to ensure that for the lifetime of your original purchase, it is covered from any defects or flaws so that you have the perfect ring.
Warranty Coverage
This Warranty covers any manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the original purchase from the ringsbypristine.com website. We will replace your ring with a 1:1 replacement or repair as long as your original ring design or materials are available.
Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear: Rings subject to regular use, including scratches, fading, tarnishing, and other natural wear over time.
- Accidental damage or misuse: Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, dropping, bending, or other forms of negligence.
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations: Any modification, repair, or alteration of the ring performed by anyone other than authorized Rings by Pristine personnel will void the Warranty.
- Loss or theft: We do not cover lost or stolen rings under this Warranty.
- Damage from chemical exposure: Exposure to harsh chemicals, chlorine, cosmetics, perfumes, or other substances can cause damage not covered by this Warranty.
How to Claim Your Warranty:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our team to start your warranty claim.
- Pay Shipping Fee: Complete the $29 shipping and handling fee.
- Replacement Process: You don't even need to send the original ring back to us (unless we're repairing it). We'll process your replacement without the hassle.
Replacement Item Details:
- Design Availability: If your original design isn't available, choose a replacement item of equal or lesser value. Note: replacement items aren't eligible for a refund.
- Warranty on Replacements: Only the original purchase is covered by our lifetime warranty. Replacement items do not carry a new warranty.
No Refund for Price Difference:
- Cost Differences: If you opt for a less expensive design during your warranty claim, the difference in cost will NOT be refunded. The warranty covers a replacement only.
Please note that normal wear and tear to your ring is not covered under the warranty.
