We make sure to use only highly trusted shipping carriers. We typically ship our orders through USPS and FEDex to make sure you receive your rings are safe and sound.
Our bands are standard sizes with the width ranging from 4mm-8mm. The Antler bands range in size 4mm,6mm and 8mm wide. Most Wood band are 6mm and 8mm wide. The Color Sleeve bands are 4mm and 8mm. Please refer to each listing for all of the size options.
Damascus steel acquires its wavy surface design by hammer-welding strips of steel and iron, followed by repeated heating and forging to create a beautiful, durable band. The ring is then acid finished, which can darken parts of the steel, as well as produce a raised texture to the surface. Each Damascus ring has a unique design, truly making it one-of-a-kind. No two rings are alike!

The refund will be credited in the payment method used at checkout. Please ship the ALL of these items back with your return. RING, ACTIVITY BAND AND THE RING BOX. Please return your unworn and non damaged items within 7 days.

We recommend getting your ring sized with a comfort fit ring sizer. We use US standard ring sizes. You can refer to the size chart. These rings cannot be resized but If you order the wrong ring size and would like to make a size exchange, we are more than happy to help. Please give us a call at 571-299-9673 or email us at support@pristinecustomrings.com and we will set up arrangements to have your ring exchanged. There is a $25 ring size exchange fee. Return the non damaged , unworn ring and activity band to us for the exchange within 7 days of receiving.
We offer a 1 year warranty for your ring purchase. This covers any possible defects or damage not caused by you. In the event that you need a repair, such as, the sleeve of you ring is loose, we will re bond it for free up to 2 times in the warranty time frame. Please contact us with any repair issues and we will resolve them with you.
Great question! Because most of my ring designs are made with natural eco friendly materials, they each may have their own unique pattern or color variation. They will look pretty darn close to the images you see. The color sleeve Passion bands will be the same as the images listed.
