• Complete Protection: Whether your ring suffers from cosmetic scuffs, chips, cracks, gets damaged, unusable, lost, or stolen, we've got you covered.
• One-Time Replacement: We'll replace your original ring once with the exact same design, as long as it's still available.
• Alternate Options: If your original design is out of stock, you can pick any ring of equal or lesser value as a replacement.

How to Claim Your Warranty:

1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our team to start your warranty claim.
2. Pay Shipping Fee: Complete the $29 shipping and handling fee.
3. Replacement Process: You don't even need to send the original ring back to us. We'll process your replacement without the hassle.

Replacement Item Details:

• Design Availability: If your original design isn't available, choose a replacement item of equal or lesser value. Note: replacement items aren't eligible for a refund.
• Warranty on Replacements: Only the original purchase is covered by our lifetime warranty. Replacement items do not carry a new warranty.

No Refund for Price Difference:

• Cost Differences: If you opt for a less expensive design during your warranty claim, the difference in cost will NOT be refunded. The warranty covers a replacement only.
