Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • All returns must include the undamaged ring(s), original box, and a printed copy of the order confirmation.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via messaging or email us here. They will guide you through the return process.
  • Securely package the item, ensuring it is protected during transit.
  • Include the undamaged ring(s), original box, and a printed copy of the receipt in the package.
  • Ship the package using a reliable shipping method, ensuring that it is fully insured and includes a tracking number.
  • Please note that the shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or defective.

Inspection and Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our experts will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  • If the returned item passes the inspection, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • The refund will be issued within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 2-3 business days after the receipt of the returned item.
  • Please note that any shipping charges incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable.

Gift policy

  • If you’re purchasing an item as a gift, please let us know in advance so we can mark the the order with an extended return/refund window.
  • Your extended gift policy window will allow you 60 days to return or exchange the item.
  • To mark an order as a gift, please email us here with the order number, or forward your order confirmation letting us know this will be a gift.

Exceptions

Before You Get Engraving Happy:

  1. Know Your Size: Make sure you know your ring size before adding that special engraving. Seriously, measure twice, engrave once.
  2. Post-Engraving Sizing: If you're not sure about the size, get the ring first, double-check the fit, and then send it back for engraving. Better safe than sorry!

Oops, It Doesn't Fit?

If you do make a mistake and engrave a ring that doesn't fit, don't worry—we've got a plan:

  • You can do a one-time exchange for half the retail price of the ring. It's not ideal, but hey, it's a solid backup.
  • Please note, once that ring is engraved, it's yours for good. No returns, no take-backs. So, measure right and engrave wisely!
